Twin high-end boutique townhouses designed on a difficult kite shaped site provided a challenge we were ready to accept. Contemporary floor plans with angular shaped rooms that maximised the site coverage for greatest yield and return.
Negotiating our way through the planning regulations and requirements, the development application was quite readily acceptable by both Bayside Planning and with neighbouring residents, determining a rather quick approval process. Once again, we note that having knowledge of what Councils’ expectations are, we are able to reduce property hold costs and therefore increase potential profit.
Landscape and Interior Design were designed and co-ordinated as part of the Architectural scope thus providing thoroughness and completion of thoughtful design that gave the builder and contractors clear direction for a development built on time and on budget.
