Tony has been an industry professional for over 30 years. Based in Brighton, he has built a sound reputation in the design industry providing many landmark buildings, residential homes and developments from the City of Melbourne to the tip of the Mornington Peninsula. Addressing the niche in custom design, Tony has built a successful business based on providing quality design, documentation management and delivery, and client service. A centrally located design studio has enabled the successful design, documentation and construction of apartments, new homes, holiday homes, and multi-unit developments throughout the State.
As a member of the Building Designers Association of Victoria and as a Registered Building Practitioner, Tony brings TRIO his creative architectural design, technical knowledge of planning and building regulations, and skill as a problem solver, all to enhance the cohesiveness of Trio Design Group.

Prior to establishing Trio Design Group, Penny has directed a successful design practice focussing primarily on the Bayside area. Prior to this Penny was an Associate Director with one of Melbourne’s most prominent Architectural firms. During her career, Penny has directed interior design projects locally, across Australia and internationally in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Penny has also travelled extensively throughout Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, Russia, Scandinavia and the Middle East, and is a member of the Design Institute of Australia (DIA).
Penny has a keen eye for detail and this along with her astute skill of spatial planning makes her a critical member of the design team. With her talent for providing a classical and sophisticated finish to the development, her experience and contributions are an integral part of the TRIO design philosophy.

A multi-award winning landscape designer with a flair to not only design your landscape paradise, Justine also considers and includes integration of the internal and external living spaces. Justine sees the outdoor living, landscape features and gardens as an integral part of the project, and this passionate and holistic view determines that a well-considered and thoughtful design process will be fully co-ordinated with the interior design and architectural development. Justine tailors the landscape concept to result in a garden and outdoor spaces designed to be enjoyed, admired and lived in.
Justine has been creating innovative landscapes that merge clients’ ideas and lifestyle with functionality, and creative design for 10 years, and is able to integrate house elements, texture and creative products in a seamless manner. Her collaborative style enables us to develop and realise our clients’ dreams. Her versatility has generated both modern and classic designs that incorporate the ultimate placements for swimming pools, outdoor rooms and a diversity of gardens in residential landscapes and seaside locations combined with extensive horticultural expertise.
